Luminaire Technologies to hold board meeting

Luminaire Technologies will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 4 December 2014, to appoint Ramendra Kumar Gupta as Additional Director, to appoint Sapna Gupta (Woman Director) as Additional Director, to discuss the proposal for change of name of the Company from Luminaire Technologies Limited to Jagran Venture Limited, and to appoint new Auditor in place of Auditor D K Chhajer & Co., Chartered Accountant who has resigned.
