Mahindra Lifespace Developers launches affordable housing project 'Happinest - Palghar'

In joint venture with HDFC Capital

Mahindra Lifespace Developers announced the product launch of 'Happinest - Palghar' - the first affordable housing project to be undertaken by a joint platform between the Company and HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund-1 ('HDFC Capital').

Happinest-Palghar comprises of 850 thoughtfully designed apartments and community spaces on over 8 acres, with prices ranging from Rs 8 lakh to Rs 24 lakhs.
