Promoter holding stands at approximately 60%

Man Infraconstruction announced that Mansi Parag Shah, promoter of the Company that she has sold 1.6 crore shares amounting to approximately 6.5% of the equity holding of the Company on 04 December 2015. Subsequently to the sale, the Promoter holding in the Company stands at approximately 60%.
