Last date for completion of CIRP is 08 July 2018
Mandhana Industries announced that the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has approved the extension of CIRP in respect of the Company for a further period of 13 (Thirteen) days on account of the time elapsed between the date of passing the initial Order approving initiation of CIRP in respect of the Company i.e. 29 September, 2017 and the date when the certified copy of the said order was uploaded/received by the Resolution Professional i.e. on 11 October, 2017, on which date the Resolution Professional had assumed office.Therefore, the last date of completion of CIRP stand extended till 8 July, 2018.
