Mangalam Industrial Finance announced that Utpal Dey, was appointed as Additional Director of the Company by the Board at its meeting held on 08 July 2015 and Tapas Mondal, Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company has tendered his resignation from the post of Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer. The Board of Directors (The Board), at their meeting held on 08 July 2015 accepted his resignation to be effective from 08 July 2015.Further the Board on recommendation of Nomination Committee, at their meeting held on 17 August 2015 consented to appoint Anand Kumar Jain as Chief Financial Officer of the Company for a term of five years on same terms & conditions and at remunerations as may be decided by the Board at their meeting.
