Ratnam Dhaveji & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 006677S) is appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company, in place of the resigning auditors M/s J B Reddy & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No 003256S).
