Mefcom Capital Markets announces resignation of director

With effect from 24 July 2015

Mefcom Capital Markets announced that one of the Company's Director Tika Ram Khare has resigned from the post of Non-executive Independent Director w.e.f. 24 July 2015. The same has been taken on record by the Board in the Board Meeting dated 31 July 2015.
