Mercator announces opening of QIP issue

Mercator announced that the QIP Committee of the Company at its meeting held on 06 November 2017 has passed the following resolutions -
- Authorising the opening of QIP on 06 November 2017;
- Approving preliminary placement document dated 06 November 2017 in connection with the QIP; and
- Approval of Floor Price at Rs 44.65 per share.
