Mid India Industries delists from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange

With effect from 23 December 2014

Mid India Industries announced that Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 14 November 2014 inter alia have considered and approved Voluntary Delisting of Equity Shares from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange, Ahmedabad under Listing Agreement.

Ahmedabad Stock Exchange considered the application on their meeting held on 22 December 2014 and approved delisting of shares from the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange w.e.f. 23 December 2014.
