Mipco Seamless Rings (Gujarat) announced that the Company made an application to Registrar of Companies, Karnataka for the extension of due date for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2015 and the Registrar of Companies vide order dated 06 October 2015 granted the approval to the Company for extending the due date for holding the Annual General Meeting by three months under Section 96 of the companies Act, 2013.Therefore the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2015 will now be held on or before 31 December 2015.
