Miven Machine Tools announced that V. N. Hasalkar has tendered his voluntary resignation for the post of Company Secretary.

His resignation has been accepted by the Company and consequently, Mr. Hasalkar has been relieved from the services of the Company at the conclusion of the business hours on 23 November 2015.
