Modella Woollens announced that Rajendrakumar Chaudhary has been appointed as an Independent Director to hold office for a term of five consecutive years w.e.f. 01 October 2014 in terms of provisions of sections 149, 150, 152 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made there under.
