Motherson Sumi Systems appoints director

With effect from 14 October 2015

Motherson Sumi Systems has appointed Naveen Ganzu as Independent Director on the Board w.e.f. 14 October 2015.

Further, Ganzu has appointed as an Additional Directors u/s 161(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and would hold the office till the date of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
