NCL Industries fell 1.87% to Rs 97 after the company's cement production fell by 23% to 423,199 MT in Q3 December 2019 from 552,019 MT in Q3 December 2018.
The stock fell as much as 5.92% to hit an intraday low of Rs 93 in early trade.
Cement dispatches fell 22% to 430,861 MT in Q3 December 2019 as compared to 552,395 MT in Q3 December 2018.
Cement board production rose by 8% at 19,091 MT, while cement board dispatches contracted 10% at 14,967 MT during the period under review.
Net profit of NCL Industries rose 13.6% to Rs 8.75 crore as the net sales declined 15.2% to Rs 194 crore in Q2 September 2019 over Q2 September 2018.
NCL Industries is engaged in the manufacture of cement and ceramics.
