Nestle India announced that Etienne Benet, Managing Director, is leaving the Company with effect from 25 July 2015 and will be relocating to Nestle Group Head Office in Switzerland.Nomination has been received from Nestle S.A. for the appointment of Suresh Narayanan as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01 August 2015. Narayanan is currently the Chairman and CEO of Nestle Philippines. He has a great deal of experience, in India and overseas. In the meantime, Narayanan will function as a designate. The proposal is subject to necessary approvals
