Neuland Laboratories announced that the Board of Directors had allotted 1,000 fully paid up equity shares of a face value of Rs.10 each on 24 October 2016, to eligible employees pursuant to exercise of stock options granted under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008.Consequently w.e.f. 24 October 2016, the paid-up equity capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 8,88,42,540/- from Rs. 8,88,32,540/-.
