Neycer India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 November 2014, to consider the un-audited financial results of the Company for the second quarter ended 30 September 2014, and to appoint Lakshmmi Subramanian & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors.
