NHC Foods announces change in directorate

With effect from 07 October 2015

NHC Foods announced that:

1. Hemant Topiwala has been appointed as a non-executive additional director of the Company effective from 07 October 2015. Hemant Topiwala will be Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company.

2. Aashish Vyas has resigned as a director of the Company effective from closing hours of 07 October 2015.
