NIIT Technologies to be renamed Coforge

The Board of NIIT Technologies at its meeting held on 05 May 2020 has approved the change in name of company to Coforge. The name availability is granted by the office of Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India vide its letter dated 27 April 2020.
