NRB Bearings has received letter dated 25 August 2016 from Uday Khanna, a Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committee submitting his resignation from the Board of Directors with immediate effect, due to his other preoccupations and being unable to spend the time and effort required.

The Company has noted his resignation.
