NRB Industrial Bearings allots preference shares

On private placement basis

NRB Industrial Bearings announced that the Board via. Circular resolution has duly approved of the proposed resolution on 31 March 2016 for further allotment of 50,00,000 (Fifty Lakh Cumulative Redeemable, Non -convertible Preference shares) each having a nominal value of Rs. 10/- (Ten Only) amounting to Rs. 5,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crores) to Mr. Trilochan Singh Sahney under private placement.
