Awaits High Court approvals
OCL Iron & Steel announced that the Company in compliance of Regulation 37 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 has filed the Scheme with the Hon'ble High Court of Odisha at Cuttack ("High Court") vide Company Petition No. 48/2016 ("Petition") on 20 September 2016 for approval of the proposed Scheme (demerger of auto components business of the Company with and into its wholly owned subsidiary, OISL Auto). The Petition is tentatively listed before the High Court for hearing on 29 September 2016. OISL Auto has also filed an application with the Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan at Jaipur on 15 September 2016 and the matter is listed before the High Court for hearing on 23 September 2016.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
