Omkar Speciality Chemicals announced that the Company has received the certified copy of the order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench sanctioning the scheme of arrangement between Omkar Speciality Chemicals and Lasa Laboratory and Urdhwan Chemicals Company and Rishichem Research and Desh Chemicals and Lasa Supergenerics and their respective shareholders and creditors on 28 April 2017.The said order will be filled with the Registrar of Companies within specified timeline.
