Orient Green Power Company announced that the Allotment Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 23 September 2015 has approved the Preferential allotment of 51510988 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 4.56 per equity share to the allottees.
