The Board of Centerac Technologies at its meeting held on 23 May 2018 has approved the appointment of Ashwani Kumar Singh as a Managing Director of the Company. The Board has appointed Anupama Ahwani Kumar Singh as an Additional Director (Women) of the Company. The Board also appointed Ravi Iyengar as an Additional Directors (Independent) for a term of five years. The Board approved the resignation of Sanjiv Jagdish Khandelwal as Managing Director, Shilpa Khandelwal as Director and Khushrow Shiavax Patel as Independent Director of the company. The Board approved the change in registered office of the Company from Daulatram Mansion 4th Floor, Salgaonkar Marg, Colaba Mumbai 400005 to Alpha 201, Hiranandani Powai, Mumbai 400076.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
