Outcome of board meeting of Cigniti Technologies

Cigniti Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 September2014, inter alia, considered and approved the following :

1. Appointment of V. Sreelatha as Woman director of the Company has been deferred.

2. Reviewed the procedure for Preferential Allotment as per provisions of Companies Act 2013 & SEBI (ICDR) Regulations. 2009.
