Cigniti Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 September2014, inter alia, considered and approved the following :1. Appointment of V. Sreelatha as Woman director of the Company has been deferred.
2. Reviewed the procedure for Preferential Allotment as per provisions of Companies Act 2013 & SEBI (ICDR) Regulations. 2009.
