Outcome of board meeting of Gradiente Infotainment

Gradiente Infotainment announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 June 2015, has considered and approved the following:1. Proposal to acquire a 36 year old U.S. Based Full Service Advertising Agency located in Orange County California for US $ 2 Million. The Company's activities include Print, Digital, Web Design, SEO & Social Media. Negotiations are in advance stage.
2. The Company proposes to enter into strategic partnership with Dubai Based Advertising Agency to cater its Clients in Middle East & N.Africa. The Dubai Based Advertising Agency will invest in the company/subsidiary to the tune of AED 1 Million shortly.
3. To raise the funds from the Individuals/Institutions both in India and abroad.
4. For the above stated purposes (1, 2 and 3), the Managing Director of the Company has been authorized to take the necessary steps as may be required including holding EGM/Postal ballot, if required, for obtaining the consent of the shareholders.
