Outcome of board meeting of HSIL

HSIL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 October 2014, have decided to raise further capital under Section 41,42,62 of the Companies Act, 2013 through private placement upto Rs. 250 crore for prepayment of long term/short term debts.
