Ivee Injectaa announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 September 2015, inter alia, has considered proposing to the members of the Company, following special resolution through postal ballot:

1. To change the name of the Company, and

2. To add clauses to the main objects clause in the Memorandum of Association.
