Outcome of board meeting of Neelkanth Technologies

Neelkanth Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2016, has appointed Sanjay Dhir as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 June 2016 in place of Satish Kumar who has resigned from the post of CFO w.e.f. 01 June 2016.

Further, Swati Vijan is appointed as a Company Secretary Cum Compliance officer in place of Sanjeev Kumar resigned as a post of Compliance officer w.e.f. 01 June 2016.
