Rexnord Electronics & Controls announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 January 2018 inter alia, has transacted the following:1 Change in Main Object Clause by inserting ONE new clause in Clause III (A) of the Memorandum of Association of the Company related to TRADING ACTIVITIES IN DIFFERENT ITEMS. The Board of Directors propose to conduct Postal Ballot for seeking approval of the Members.
2.Incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company and authority to the Board of Directors to issue Board Resolutions, NOC and other documents for completing the incorporation formalities with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
