Outcome of board meeting of SRF

SRF announced that the Board of Directors of the Company approved the following expenditure proposals at its meeting held on 08 August 2016 -

Rs 180 crore capex to set up a new multipurpose plant for specialty chemicals.

Rs 165 crore capex to set up SRF's second chloromethane plant.
