At meeting held on 26 June 2017
The Board of UV Boards at its meeting held on 26 June 2017 has approved the following -To increase the Authorised Share Capital from Rs 4 crore to Rs 30 crore subject to approval of shareholders.
To raise funds up to Rs 300 crore by way of issue of equity shares under preferential allotment / rights issue for purchase / acquisition of a branded plywood business subject to approval of shareholders.

Srinivasan Sethuraman as Managing Director
Ramesh Malpani as Joint Managing Director
Manohar Jhunjhunwala as Executive Director
Ramgopal Ratan as Inpendent Director
Reena Bathwal as Independent Director
Regisnation of Iyyappan and Jitendra Pareek from the post of whole time directors of the Company.
