The Board of Meera Industries at its meeting held on 08 February 2018 approved the following -1.Discussed the General Affairs of the Company. The Board further discussed the future prospects of the company specifically focussing on new developments and top line growth for FY 2019-20.
2.Keeping pace with double digit top line growth the board have discussed to expand the scope of machines to rope industry. Rope industry is a large sector, paving its way in the same would help in growing sales in coming years.
3.Board further discussed to take initiatives to participate in several domestic and international exhibitions to tap a large base of big and medium size customers worldwide.
4.Nomination of Shakti Motani to the role of business development head for identifying and leading strategic business development.
