Patel Engineering announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), in its hearing held on 06 July 2017 have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Patel Realty (India) ('the Wholly Owned Subsidiary') with Patel Engineering and their respective shareholders and creditors having appointed date of 01 April 2016.
