Persistent Systems annoounces conclusion of asset purchase agreement

Persistent Systems announced that the Company had entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire certain assets of Hoopz Planet Info. Further the Company had informed that the closing of the transaction was subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Consequent to satisfaction of the customary closing conditions, the transaction is closed successfully.
