Polaris Financial Technology fixes record date for demerger

Record date is 10 October 2014

Polaris Financial Technology announced that the Board of the Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 24 September 2014 have fixed the Record Date as 10 October 2014 for the purpose of determining the list of shareholders who are entitled to receive the shares in Intellect Design Arena, the Resulting Company after the Demerger.
