Prakash Industries update on scheme of arrangement

Prakash Industries announced that the Company's Shareholders, Unsecured Creditors and Secured Creditors at a meeting convened by the NCLT on 02 June 2018, have approved the scheme of arrangement between Prakash Industries (demerged company) and Prakash Pipes (resulting company) and their respective shareholders and creditors with requisite majority.
