Premier Industries India merger scheme santioned

Premier Industries India has announced that Board for Industrial And Financial Reconstruction (BIFR), vide its order dated 15 January 2014, has sanctioned revival scheme of Premier Industries (I), which comprises of various reliefs and concessions including merger of Premier Industries (I), with another Company, Girdharilal Sugar And Allied Industries.
