Puravankara allots NCDs aggregating Rs 40 cr

Puravankara has allotted at par 400 Series B Secured, Unlisted, Unrated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.10,00,000/- each, fully paid-up aggregating to Rs.40 crore on 27 December 2019.This is further to the allotment at par of 500 Series A Secured, Unlisted, Unrated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.10,00,000/- each, fully paid-up aggregating to Rs.50 crore on 28 November 2019.
