Puravankara Projects will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2015, to consider and adopt the Consolidated & Standalone Audited Financial Statements of the Company & its Subsidiaries for the Quarter and Three Months Ended 30 June 2015, & to consider & fix a date to convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholders of the Company and to issue Notice to the Shareholders accordingly.
