Shailaja Finance to hold 34.11% stake in Radico Khaitan
Radico Khaitan announced that the present shareholding of Shailaja Finance (SFL) and Sapphire Intrex (SIL) in the Company are as follows:Shailaja Finance - 11491087 (8.64%)
Sapphire Intrex - 33888011 (25.47%)
SIL has merged with SFL pursuant to Composite Scheme of Arrangement approved by the High Court of Kolkata vide Order dated 07 April 2016. Pursuant the said order, all the assets and liabilities, licences, permission, approvals or consents held by SIL, are to be vested in SFL. Upon filing the Court Order with the Register of Companies, Kolkata on 27 May 2016, SIL got dissolved without winding up.
Consequent to above, equity shares aggregating to 25.47% of the paid up equity capital of the Company held by SIL are to be transferred and vested in SFL. With transfer of these shares, SFL, shareholding in the Company would increase to 34.11% of the paid up equity capital of the Company.
