Ramco Systems allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Ramco Systems announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 June 2016, has approved an allotment of 27,025 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of 1,311 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008 (ESOS 2008), 8,481 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan B (ESOS 2009 - Plan B) and 17,233 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013. Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 30,005,664 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 30,032,689 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
