Rathi Graphic Technologies announced that the members of the Company its Annual General Meeting held on 28 September 2015, has appointed the following Directors:

1. Anita Chopra as Independent Director for a period of five consecutive year w.e.f. 30 May 2015.

2. Sandesh Kumar Jain liable to retire by rotation.
