Capital Market Given the market conditions, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) offered two-day funds to banks through the Marginal Standing Facility (MSF). The MSF window opened between 5 pm and 5.30 pm on 14 September 2013. Funds are repayable on 16 September 2013.
