Reliance Industries announced that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 12 June 2015, the shareholders have, inter alia, approved the appointment of Raminder Singh Gujral as an Independent Director of the Company to hold office for 5 (five) consecutive years for a term up to 11 June 2020.
