With effect from 20 September 2014
Reliance Infrastructure announced that the Members of the Company through a postal ballot have appointed the following as Independent Directors on the Board of the Company effective from the date of declaration of results i.e. 20 September 2014.1. V P Galkar has been appointed as an Independent Director for a term up to 15 February 2019.
2. Ryna Karani has been appointed as an Independent Director for a term of 5 years.
3. The members through Postal Ballot have also appointed exiting independent directors S S Kohli and K Ravikumar pursuant to Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 for a further period of 5 years each.
