By virtue of being the Managing Director, Rishab Agarwal will also be the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.Rohini Agarwal was appointed on the Board as Additional Director on 02 May, 2018 and is regularized as Director of the Company in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 08 June, 2018.
