In matter related with Mumbai Nasik Expressway

Sadbhav Engineering (SEL) announced that it has filed a petition before the Hon'ble Company Law Board, Mumbai against Gammon India (GIL), Gammon Infrastructure Project (GIPL) and their erring Directors seeking relief in relation to certain alleged acts of oppression and mismanagement in the affairs of Mumbai Nasik Expressway, wherein 20% of the paid up capital is held by SEL and 80% of the paid up capital is held by GIL. The matter is likely to come up for first hearing shortly.
