Sadbhav Infrastructure Project update on refinancing of debt of SPV

Sadbhav Infrastructure Project announced that Bhilwara-Rajsamanad Tollway, a Wholly Owned subsidiary of the Company, has completed refinancing of its existing debt facilities with new debt taken from other lenders with revised terms and conditions.

With this, the company has completed refinance of debt (amounting to Rs 4029.95 crore as on 31 December 2017) in 8 operational SPVs out of the total 11 operational SPVs during last 28 months.
